Design a short term loan / payday loan website design template.

Need proposals from talented web designers, who feel that they would be able to offer a fresh, modern website template for a Short term loan business to launch in approx 6 weeks time.
We are looking for people who have experience in the design of b2c websites, if previous experience of PDL/STL website design, even better.
