Design a professional header and footer for my business blog

I'm in the process of revamping my business blog http://www.internetmarketingwealthsecrets.com/

I would like a professional looking header and footer created
I have some ideas for the design of both the header and footer
but I'm open to suggestions. My V.A will be changing some of the page titles, so we can work together to design the best header and footer.

I would like to keep the photo of me in the header (I have the original image file, so if needed you can improve the image that goes into the header)
