Description of every page: We would like to create a website which gives the user facts about nuisance calls

It will be a parallax scroll website with some smaller animations (when user scrolls) in addition to a couple of basic quiz elements i.e asking user to guess the answer to a question then display the result.

The layout + elements will be broadly like the attached with each section having the following interactivity:

1) People click on call type and it has animation ‘filling up’ the map with a percentage
2) A counter going up as the person scrolls down to show the number
3) Mini quiz which pops up ‘correct x% of people receive this call’ or ‘wrong’
4) Percentage bars animated showing increase when someone scrolls down


The mockup is very rough, but the completed version needs to look really nice.
Ideas for the visual style: Minimal, small amounts of colour used, sharp and crisp
