Css and html editing

Hi

I require some css and html writing for a production description, I am trying to have 2 tables with data on the left hand side with text on the right hand side, it should display like this on large screens, but then on mobile for it to responsive so that the tables are at the top and text at the bottom. the columns of the tables must always be the same sized and aligned regardless of the amount of characters.

For anyone this should be a quick task.
