Creating a website within an already existing framework

We are seeking a Web Designer to create a more professional and styled website within an existing SAS system for our female-based social sports league. The main objective of this is to work within the current limitations of the programme and enhance the website styling to make it consistent and create a brand pack for posting on Facebook and Instagram.
