Create PNG file suitable for Mailchimp

I need a very simple PNG file made up that can be sent using MailChimp.

I will provide around 500 words of text and 3 or 4 images, these just need putting together in PNG file format. I have previous templates that I can show the winning freelancer to base the design off. Minimal design additions are required, just a polish to bring it together.

I am awaiting content approval which I should have by today then I will need the job completed today or tomorrow. Please indicate if your quote includes any basic amends that might be required.
