Create html landing page from .ai file

I need to create one html landing page from .ai file
The landing page should be responsive: I'll give 2 .ai files, desktop version + mobile version.
I can give pdf files for evaluating before deciding the price.

The desktop landing page is composed by these sections:
1- header: logo on the left, simple menu with 3 voices linking internal sections on the right;
2- top image with logo + button;
3- section with 4 rows: title, subtitle, image, text;
4 - section with 3 rows: title, 4 circles for showing numbers / results, button;
5- section with 4 rows: title, description, video, button;
6- section with 5 rows: title, description, 1 call to action with button, text, 1CTA without button;
7- footer with 3 column: logo + address, social icons, 3 clickable links

html and css code should be clean.
Responsiveness should be managed with media queries with 1 breakpoint at 768px;
I expect to receive: html file, css file, folder with ipg images and png graphic elements extracted from .ai file.
