Create a web site

I want to create a rental website where an individual can list an item to rent and someone else can hire off that person. The users must be abe to list an item and the whole transaction to take place without manual input by the rental sites administrators

1) Structure

2) Functional

List an item
Allow a user to list an item
Allow user to amend / delete listing of item

Items for rent
Allow users to search for an item and display items (based on price or location)
Allow statistics on each user (ratings by other users)

Search
Allow users to search using a keyword

Contact form
Allow person with an item wanted to contact person with item to hire.

Registration
Allow user to register / login
Store details in a database
Retrieve password sent to email
Allow user to amend person details

Content Management
Administration to amend / add / delete items

3) Design / graphics

Quirky design though not cluttered.
