Create a Professional Magento based Ecomerce website

1) Extremely simple back end interface
2) User friendly front end
3) Keep track of products and customers
4) I need the customers to login purchase and once purchased I should get an email saying the Item with this part number is purchased.
5) Once paid I should get another email saying it has been paid for and then the shipping section from the back end should be triggered saying click here to print shipping label using the method they have chosen. The shipping label should be created and printed in one click. Once the shipping label is created the customer should get an email saying the item has been shipped with the tracking information. Once shipping the transaction would be completed.
6) Customers should have a login page where they can control their dash board. The dash board should have a wish list and their cart should be shown with items they have not purchased. Their information should be saved for easy shipping and access. They should be able to track the products and see the products that they have previously purchased.
7) There should be another section for non-customers but partners who get special discounts for bulk purchases. For example if they purchase 100 items they will get s 30% off msrp ect. This should be setup. The partners need to get approval in order to access the website.
8) New pages with new product categories should be able to be created easily
9) The partner dashboard needs to track purchases and a chart should show them what their sales and purchases are.
10) Customer education page needs to be created where the customer is informed about the benefit ingredients of the product.
11) All relevant magneto features must be executed
12) Square could be the preferred merchant api https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/3853-square-s-e-commerce-api-faqs or paypal would also work as an API

Extra notes: I would like a black background border with white interior since the product pictures will be in white. If you can create a site where there is a black root moving through the white website where the origin of the root is black that would look nice
