Connecting Google sheets to Wix website

We need help fixing our festival booking forms on our Wix website. We have set up Zapier to connect to Google Sheets but it's not working properly.
The Problem:
Booking form data isn't going to Google Sheets correctly
Questions aren't in the right order
Each festival needs its own tab in the spreadsheet
