We have been trading well for 4 months now, and have had the general feedback from our customers that the website looks good, and is easy to use but is not A) Fun enough and B) Lacks a professional clean look.
I require someone to draw up a selection of new designs that can incorporate all of of the current functionality as a proposal so that we may select 1 and then have you complete the revamp. We will obviously provide access to our FTP and out Backend systems for implementation. We use OSCommerce shopping cart at the moment which is similar to Zencart. We would need to continue to use OSCommerce and its backoffice so the templates would need to integrate with this.
I look forward to hearing your offers, our main criteria would be a low cost/free design proposal for the job. And then a quotation on time and cost per design choice.
