Collection database website

I'm looking for a designer who would be able to create a website with a collection database. I'm a member of a collectors' community, and I'm looking to create a site where members could search a database of all the items in the collection - which is currently only around 400-500 items. Ideally, the collection would be searchable by different categories and criteria, and should also prominently feature thumbnails in the search results.

Additionally, I would eventually like to have community members to have the ability to create their own profiles where they can tag items from the database in their own collections as a checklist, so they can keep track of which items they currently own and which items they still want (if possible, I'd also love it if the individual item pages could actually show how many collections have each item tagged as "owned" or "wanted"). If this is all too labor-intensive though, it's always something I can add down the road if needed to save on costs in the beginning - so feel free to send me estimates both with and without this additional work.

I'm happy to do all of the data entry work myself; I just need someone who can create the searchable database so I can add the data, as well as a landing page for the website.
