CMS Developer required, design provided

I require a web developer to generate one website based on two templates (a home page and a general text with images content page).

Please don't quote unless you have live examples of your work and they're great with modern designs which are compliant!!!

Contact form
Blog
Menus can be static, but all page content must editable.

Preferences toward WordPress, however any CMS quotes welcome (Joomla, Drupa, Typo3 etc.. :-) )

This is a nice job to do, no other requirements needed. I'm looking for a competitive price, great CSS and proof of previous work. Good communication is a must! If you don't speak English well then don't reply (haha!)

Hosting is provided along with control panel access, which will eventually host the site: Linux dedicated server, running Plesk 9.5.2 control panel, PHP 5.2.4, MySql 5

I know this job will get copious amounts of replies, however please keep your Descriptions to a minimum, with full URLs to live sites (please make sure they're live!!!)
