I am really upset with the level of service I have now received. When Vlad and myself first started working together he was great, responded quickly, produced work to a high standard and was happy to make any amendments. This then unfortunately changed. Now, I'm lucky if I receive a response and my work hasn't been completed. Vlad submitted the work and I paid him. I have now been waiting for 2 and a half months for the work in the correct file format. He has promised me these files and I have received nothing even when I have chased. It's a shame that things have taken this turn as he did produce some good work. I'm still awaiting these files and I hope to receive them soon! Due to this, I wouldn't want to work with Vlad in the future.

Absolutely brilliant to work with, a real pleasure. He works to the exact specification given and is happy to make any changes without fuss. Would definitely recommend and would work with Vlad again!
