Clone website and change contact details

I require a website to be cloned and updated with new contact information. The original site is a basic informational website for a small business with simple HTML/CSS pages containing details about services offered and a contact form. The look and feel of the site needs to be replicated exactly, with all content copied over. The main changes needed are replacing the business address, phone number and email contact on every page with new details.

Additionally, the contact form will need modifying so it sends messages to a different recipient. The site pages utilize common design elements like headers, footers and navigation which should all mirror the original site structure. Customizable elements like company name and logo images will also need replacing with matching new versions.
