Changes to Wordpress website

Website changes to be made to my website: www.paulbatesstudios.co.uk

Please send a quote and timeline. In addition to what I have put below, someone with a good design background and eye for what works well would be appreciated.

Homepage:
-Change Font of 'I create films with Heart & Passion' to Avenir Next same size and weight as on homepage over video on this website: www.realmvideo.co.uk
-Move client logos to below homepage video and looes the words 'Our clients'. Make them auto rotate between logos. Add a thin grey line above and below these as per this eon this website: www.realmvideo.co.uk
-Add popup website cookie notification at the bottom as per attached screen shot
-Change style of video production services. Loose black line boxes around each section. Add icon above each section that reflects each section. Screen shot attached to reference style. Font for title should be Avenir Next, bold, capital letters. Font below this should be Avenir Next, regular weight, lowercase other than upper case for first letter of each section.

Header:
-Change name 'Paul Bates Filmmaker' at top left of website to different font Avenir Next and to only say 'Paul Bates'. Same weight as size as the word 'Realm' on top left of header on this website: www.realmvideo.co.uk
-Rest of header to stay as is

Footer:
-Add back in social media icons on footer (currently displayed as X's after an update made them disappeared)
-Change background of footer to charcoal grey colour
-Change font of footer to Avenir Next and colour to white. Style as per this website (apart from background colour which should be charcoal grey): www.realmvideo.co.uk

Blog page:
-Change design of blog posts on blog page to that of attached screen shot. I have to keep current blog posts as this helps my ranking so this is a must that these remain.

About page:
-Re-design of about page. Loose separate tabs and have all information displayed on page beneath each other. Start with title 'About me' in new font Avenir Next bold plus display text from current about page below this. Please see text reference attached for how font should look. Then have a kit section having title saying 'Kit' in a new font with kit list displayed below. Light grey lines above and below this section as per those on this website: www.realmvideo.co.uk. Testimonials below this in new font Avenir Next. Logos beneath this displayed as is.
-Loose request quote part that is currently on this page.

Contact page
-Re-design contact form and map as per on this website: https://www.realmvideo.co.uk/contact
-Add new 'I'm not a robot' captcha on contact form as per this website: https://cjturner.com/contact
-Add new stars on reviews so not pixelated as they are currently and change font to Avenir Next. Please reference font on this website for how text should be displayed: www.realmvideo.co.uk
