Change Wordpress Theme, update PHP

Current site runs on an expired/unsupported premium theme (Escapade), Elementor page builder, WordPress 6.5.9, and an outdated PHP version.

Needs:

Replace the current theme with a new, actively-supported, Elementor-compatible theme
Migrate/reconnect all 19 existing pages
(Home, Book Now, Prices, FAQ, Gift Vouchers, Map, Contact, room pages, Play and Stay, Charity, Corporate, Reviews, TripAdvisor, GDPR, T&Cs) to the new theme
Update PHP to a current supported version, resolve any compatibility issues
Re-test key plugins after the switch: booking calendar, TripAdvisor review slider, FAQ plugin
Small aesthetic/design refresh alongside the rebuild
Fix minor issues found: missing image alt text, no XML sitemap, inconsistent internal links (mixed http/https, www/non-www)
