I have a current GoDaddy bare minimum website that needs to be transferred to Wordpress and then finished. Need to have product sales and subscription based sales. I also need it integrated with Square for payments. The design needs to be catchy.
There will be a little research that will need to be done so you can familiarize yourself to the industry.

    Even though it's 'bare minimum', can you share the URL of the site?

    Your response will help review the site's current state then allow an 'Expert' to make a proposal with recommendations, limitations, timeline and cost.
    Else, even though you have given a description, it's still too vague to bid meaningfully.

    Assume the $120 fixed price is just a placeholder and you will accept appropriate bids closer to the work you've suggested which even at this early stage appears to be closer to $360
