Build & SEO for a simple directory website for garden services

I own the domain TheGardenKeeper.co.uk and want to turn it into a professional, user-friendly directory website for people to find and advertise garden services (e.g. gardeners, landscapers, lawn care, tree surgeons).

I need an experienced WordPress web designer/developer who can:

1. Design and build a clean, attractive website that fits a nature/gardening theme

2. Set up a directory system where businesses can register and list their services (with photos, contact details, etc.)

3. Make it easy for me (a non-tech user) to manage — add, edit, or approve listings

4. Include basic SEO setup (metadata, site speed, Google Maps integration, sitemap, etc.) so it’s ready to start ranking on Google

5. Optionally integrate simple payment options for paid listings (Stripe or PayPal) — though this can come later

I’d also like the site to include a 'Plant & Garden Tips' blog section, which will feature short articles about plants and seasonal advice (content will be provided).
