Brand story, website creation and logo design

Decent little project here as I am looking at creating my own agency for business consulting. I really want to be positioned at the design and playful point, not the corporate, safe end.
I have ideas for video series content, podcasts and overlapping content for regularly updated website content to compliment social media activity.
I have made some notes (attached) on brand and identity but have not made as much progress as I might have liked so that’s the start point - a few clearly defined statements that can help me describe who we are and why we exist.
From there I’d like a good website. Check out www.splendiferous.co.nz - I designed this website myself and so I paying for delivery, design and a user experience which is better than this. I was going for clean and professional - this time I want engaging and creative.
You have free licence on colour, you can even come up with a name - I am really open to being challenged creatively and stepping out of my usual assumptions about look and feel.
Moving forward I have a number of green screen movies to make and bring to life with graphics and illustrations so looking to partner with someone on all fronts and work beyond this request.
I’ll likely take time to consider, review portfolios and not spend to much time answering questions for an improved brief. I hope this will be enough to excite the right person/agency.
