Beautful website (through wordpress) needed

Beautful multiple page website (through wordpress) needed for not-for-profit survivor project:
We want someone who can create stunning, bold, powerful pages. Not the odinary
We have the images, copy and ideas for design (including some page layout ideas/composition).
We are artists but not technical designers so lack the technical ability for website building.
Maybe we pick a template together to start from: but then if you can work from that to add/edit elements so we have pages working in the way we need.
