An email template for a monthly E-shot campaign

We would like to run a monthly email campaign via Mailchimp, we have the copy we just need an email template creating which we can drop the copy into each month and send. We'd like something visually interesting, but not too complicated, obviously in keeping with our branding. Once happy with the design, we'll then need the HTML.

I can send sample copy and some examples so you have an idea of the kind of thing we're after.
