5 page microsite using dreamweaver cs5

We need a 5 page website Home page, contact us, about us and two other pages to be built using dreamweaver cs5. A contact form on each page a logo designed and live chat other than that we are happy to provide images and a detail for the design spec. This is a basic website no flash mostly text and depending on the quality of the work there may well be a number of other similar sites required. The site is to be SEO optimised for 2/3 keywords so if you are a designer please only bid if you know how to do the onsite SEO. We are looking for a quick turnaround.
