I'm looking for a web designer that is really into fitness. PLEASE only people who are into fitness!

I want to pay someone for 1 days work to improve my website. So I'm looking to accomplish the points below. I am someone who has used squarespace websites for decades ... so I'm pretty sure I have a clear idea what can be achieved in 1 full days work ....... so I won't have unrealistic expectations. I just want a serious tidy and touch up job.

If you're not into fitness please don't quote. I really need someone who understands this specific customer-business relationship .. what motivates my specific customer ... only someone who is into their gym/bootcamp/running/cycling/sport etc can really understand this in the way that can improve this website.

I want my website to,

1. be more slick
2. improve customer experience
3. improve seo tags and content words
4. optimise for mobile - almost all my visits are from mobile users
5. review analytics and get some info about what happens when people hit my website for improvements
6. I just added a data capture form from my booking system provider (teamup) and it looks a bit shit .. but could be really important for new leads so I want to get this incorporated .. maybe even add another one .. which I can do .. I Just have no idea how to make this look better.
7. call out to my customer - to what motivates them to take action
