Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
I need someone proficient in data analysis to analyze data obtained from approximately 156 surveys using SPSS. I am trying to determine if and how trust in the supervisor and trust in the organization make an impact on the engagement levels in the organization; I would like to run an ordinal logistic regression on the data (if most appropriate) to determine this relationship or whatever statistical tests is needed. I am in need of a quick turn around for the project and all outputs and an explanation of results and conclusions with all tables is required.

Your task fits precisely to the analysis using a confirmatory factor analysis based on the method of maximum likelihood estimation to estimate the measurement model parameters, then you can conduct a structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis to find the impact effect of IV (Trust in supervisor, Trust in organization) on the DV (Engagement). Look at my Portfolio for similar work.
