We need a logo designed to project "modern heritage". Want a textured feel that stops LinkedIn scrollers because it stands out compared to flat Saas-y icons.
We're a property recruitment (www.mavrec.co) firm who needs a modern logo to attract the modern-day candidates, but the heritage feel to attract clients.
We want to be different to our competitors:

WE DO NOT WANT THE TYPICAL MAGNIFYING GLASS/SEARCH ICON, TIE/HEADSHOT LOGO
We want a textured feel like the attached
Project will include:
2 Logo ideas + unlimited revisions (wordmark or combination is preferable)
LinkedIn/Instagram Posts ("new vacancy", testimonial, tips, star candidate, general update [again, no standard icons that every other recruiter uses])
Typography (that can be found in Canva)
Pattern design for LinkedIn Banners and email signatures etc
Deliverables will include all source files so we can make edits in Canva
Stick to our dark green as the primary colour

Hi Jake,
One question: since the logo will primarily live on LinkedIn and digital platforms, would you prefer the signature device to be a monogram that remains recognizable at avatar size, or should the emphasis remain almost entirely on the editorial wordmark?
