Simple Logo Creation for Charity Run

Information for the business: This will be for a fundraiser for water.org
Industry: Food and Beverage
Type of logo: Word mark, Letter form, Pictorial mark, Emblem
Ideas for the visual style: I would like a simple image, with clean and beautiful text overlay.
Things to avoid: Complicated designs.
Preferred colors: Teal, white, dark green, blues
Where the design will be used: Printed on t-shirts, shared on social media, on thank-you cards.
Extra notes: I am picturing an illustrated image of a pebbled diner-style water tumbler (photo example of a teal one attached) with text overlay. It needs to be obvious that it's a glass of water (with crushed ice inside would be awesome).

Either:
a) Teal/greenish (maybe 1F8E7C) background (square or rectangular) with white outline of water tumbler with text overlay or
b) White/absent background with teal water tumbler (similar to photo attached) with white text overlay

The text should say;
Safe water transforms lives. [biggest, fanciest text]
Sheryn's 30th sweat for water.org Birthday, September 2015 [smaller text, maybe with 'sweat for water.org' in bold]

I really like the design and text of the water jug image (attached). If we can replicate that sort of style with a diner-type tumbler and my text instead, I think that would work great.
