Series of logos

I need a designer that will help me by designing three logos for products/ services within my business. The total number of logos to be designed is 3. They all need to work with the parent brand (https://k2corporatemobility.com/us/) but don't need to include the main logo as they will stand in isolation. Below is more detail:

Foundation logo.
This has already been designed but I need a transparent EPS version along with a brandmark only version,

Professional Services logo.
This needs to be created to represent the global services on offer here: https://k2corporatemobility.com/us/professional-services/
I require a complete logo lockup and brandmark only, the brand will be known as K2 Evolve. It does not need to include the main logo as they will stand in isolation. The logo needs to represent how we "evolve" client's mobility processes if they have them and if they don't, how we evolve them from scratch. The tagline that can be used for this brand is "Increasing your knowledge".

DEI logo.
This logo is to be used for our newly developed Diversity, equity and inclusion programme. An internal programme that will be communicated both internal and externally. I require a complete logo lockup and brandmark only, the brand will be known as K2 Together. It does not need to include the main logo as they will stand in isolation. This logo is to represent a global approach to our DEI focus across the business. You should avoid any use of rainbows.

I would expect to receive the following file types once the logos are approved: AI, EPS, PNG, JPEG in both CMYK & RGB formats.
