Redesign of a logo

Here is the existing logo and the tagline wanted.

We want to keep the blue/green colors. Personally I like the two aeroplanes. The rest of existing logo is just boring.

Just need it to look "great".

Primarily this is going to be for a new website - but obviously want to use it on all things going forwards.

Want logo in all formats.

Can you please give a fixed price which would include unlimited revisions (although I don't really think that will take long to know what is right.

Please do give an outline of what you would do :)
