Experience Level: Entry

I require a logo redesigning. I would like the logo to be more simplified / luxurious. This logo would be used for merchandise and will need to look a lot more subtle. It would be great if the logo was also simplified so it would be easier to print on items. The logo would also need to remain black and white (background). Alternative white and black (background).
