I'm shocked to see this. My gig clearly states that my hourly rate is $10, but you didn't charge the actual cost. Additionally, you altered the scope of work and requested two versions, consuming much of my time.
due to lack of knowledge you did not open the file and blam on me while I have send my proves. Its very unfair to have that kind of buyer
