New Logo design for my company

Hi there. I’m looking for a new design for my company, Innovation Pod. We run fun education workshops in 21st Century skills such as debate and STEM subjects (Science, technology, engineering and maths).

As a company we value that light bulb moment when a child suddenly understands something. We want the children have a sense of awe and wonder in our lessons and we want to appeal to a diverse range of children.

I would like our logo to reflect these things and to also use our colour scheme which you can see from our website is a kind of salmon colour.

Essentially, what I’m looking for is something similar to our current logo but clearer and cleaner and with a facial expression that really captures the awe and wonder in our lessons. However, I’m totally open to a brand new idea. I've attached a file with some pictures to show you the kind of thing that I'm after.

I would like a few variations of the completed logo. These are:
• the logo by itself;
• the logo with the company name;
• the logo with company name and slogan;
• All the above in the following formats:
o AI
o PDF
o EPS
o PNG - without backdrop (300dpi)

I also want a fully hyperlinked email signature created with the logo. If you're also able to do this then I would like to commission this but if not, the logo alone is fine.
