New company branding & styling

Hi, Im looking for some help in the branding and styling of a new company. Im looking for a logo and brand styling that create a brand identity that looks wonderful and feels fabulous. The company has three or four mini brands and Im looking for someone to create cohesion between the brands, while maintaining a corporate feel, and unity through the different sections.

I know what the business does, but still having problems with a name and strap line , so possible help in this area as well !

Ive indicated a budget of £500, but Im not sure what I get for that ! - so happy to discuss this.
