Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
Information for the business: Custom hand made journals, cards and stationary
Industry: Business
Type of logo: Letter form
Brand name/slogan in logo: Pen & Prose
Ideas for the visual style: Clean and elegant. Can "Writerly" be a style?
Things to avoid: Nothing bright or embellished
Preferred colors: Warm Neutrals or warm Grays
Where the design will be used: print and web
Extra notes: I am also considering making this logo into a stamp to go on some of my products so something simple that would translate well for stamping or embossing would be wonderful. I was also thinking of perhaps two versions of the logo; one just the stylized letters (to be made into a stamp) the other with the full business name for web and business card use. You did a logo for Hale, Pitt and Cooper ... that was my best friend and her mother! I had no idea you designed the logo until I saw it in your gallery... guess we both have similar tastes!
I picked the letter form for a logo since I eventually want to brand my products like so many fashion designers do, not that I expect that kind of brand recognition. I am also open to other suggestions if you have any.
