Need tweaking of our logo in photshop

Ideas for the visual style: Border the logo, change colour of writing underneath.
Extra notes: We want our existing logo to be edited to put a small black border around the outside, also any other idea would be interesting to see to improve it. We also want the 'connections' part to be put into Black and also try it in blue. Would be really good to see all options so we can decide what we want for our final logo.
