I have a png of our logo. The main elements of the logo are white text on a blue background.

I need the following:

- A transparent background version of the logo.
- A transparent version of the logo icon (without text).

PLEASE NOTE: I have already tried to use the remove background tool in adobe, canva, and a couple of other tools, but this will not work because the text is white and does not have a sufficient outline for the auto-remove background to work.

I therefore need someone with design skill as potentially there will need to be a black border adding around the text for it to be usable as a transparent background (for example to use on white pages).

Needs to look polished and fresh.

    Could you attach it so I can work out how complex a job this is, which will affect the bid price.
