Moderate refresh company branding

Seeking someone, with good English communication skills, talented and a lot more creative than I am to do some updating to my company 'brand' including logo variations (ex. full color wide, full color square, full color curved, black, white, in the various file formats and variety of sizes from icon to extra large), and create a full style guide including fonts and such.

I want to be very upfront that I'm pretty budget challenged on this at the moment. So, if you're looking for premium rate, you will want to pass on this. Just don't want to waste anyone's time.

I have a couple of aspects from current branding that I want to ensure are represented in the refreshed branding, but other than that, I'm pretty open.
