Looking for someone to work in partnership to design logo

Hi freelancers

In terms of the strait up requirement I am looking for someone to come up with good logo designs but this is very much about kicking the tyres on various different options etc etc

I have a business that I will be looking to rebrand and I have some potential names and want to see some potential options for logos etc for a few of these names.

I want to find a freelancer that will ask a series of sensible questions to me about what I am looking for, thoughts, branding, colours etc to allow them to build up some options.

Please only bid if you are U.K. based and have experience of this type of work.
There are 100% of logo designers on her so please let me know what sets you out from the rest and why working with you would be good.
