Logo re draw and also possible redesign

We want to have our rough logo re designed/drawn and submitted to us in the various formats, we require vector, jpeg and png etc plus a Favon, - we would also be interested in having a Facebook, twitter page designed but most important thing is the logo.

We will try to up load the current thoughts on design - but we are still open to a clear and good idea if the designer have a knock out design to put forward.
