Logo re-design for public speaking coaching business

I have been running my business, Project Take the Mic, since 2018 and it's time for a redesign. The business has primarily been focusing on a younger audience and therefore, the website and logo reflect this, however, we are looking to expand this to an adult audience too whilst also keeping the youth programmes. Therefore, the logo needs to be versatile and professional in both settings (whilst also having an edgy youthful vibe).

I have a very simple concept for the logo and would like a professional to play around with it in terms of colours and wording placement. The logo itself will be the initials TTM written in a funky way (samples can be provided) with 'Project Take the Mic' written below in an interesting font. The colour scheme for the website and branding will be navy, grey and white.
