Logo needed

I need a logo for my business. I am the creator of 'Strengths-Focused Coaching', which enables young people to build a positive identity, increase confidence and address problematic behaviour, such as anxiety, anger, extreme shyness, negative mind-set etc.

To clarify:
The type of work I do is not sport related.
I coach (teach) young people to help them improve their mental health, feel mentally stronger and more confident. This is called Strengths-Focused Coaching.
I also train adults to deliver this coaching to young people.
Hopefully my website explains this.
I would like a logo of my name: 'Colette Norbury', possibly including the tagline 'enabling young people to thrive'.
