Logo graphic designer

Hi there! I am looking for a designer to work on my current logo for my Dog Training and Walking business. The idea/concept of the logo is already in place. I am looking for new fresh ideas on how to modernise and change the logo, keeping the same concept, but different ideas/designs.

It is really important the logo can be saved as a fully editable file. (Unfortunately, I do not know a lot about graphics and files!) My web designer said he will need it as an EPS file. I will also need it to be able to be enlarged enough to go on my large van as a wrap, which I am told it a vector file. Please email me if you are very artistic and creative. I am looking for someone who can design/draw freehand (no templates please!).
