Logo for Waste removal business needed

We need a logo created for a small Waste removal business KS Waste. We have a very rough and naive sketch of what the client would like further developed into a useable clear interpretation - it is not to scale but offers a nugget of the idea, which with the right proportions, angles and fonts should work.
Discussed colours have been black, grey and green but we could be persuaded otherwise.
The logo will be used on client's website, business cards and be part of signage on their vehicle.
We will require all logo files for all possible applications on completion.
If the logo could be created this week that would be brilliant, otherwise by first week in January is acceptable.
