Logo design & web landing page

I am looking for a total redesign of a logo which I have been using to promote my company over the past 2 years. At present I view the existing logo as being tired, childish and in dire need of a modern revamp. The company itself specialises in a particular event aimed at boys and girls aged between 16 and 23 years old. My vision for the logo is to incorporate silhouettes into the lettering. I require three variations of the logo, all very similar but with variances in the stances and actions of the silhouettes.

In terms of silhouettes I have attached examples. I am very impressed by those used in the Apple iPod campaign due to the detail in the hair and hands. Additionally I have attached images of silhouettes with coloured dresses. I like these because of the contrast of the coloured dresses against the black silhouettes. This again is something I would like to be incorporated on the silhouettes featured in the logo, but instead of dresses they will be wearing other items which I will specify upon acceptance of the job.

Overall I want the logo to be classy, clean cut and sophisticated, maybe a look more typical associated to designer clothing company or luxury brand. Have attached some examples of logos that I like the look of.

Additionally upon successful completion of a logo I will require an internet landing page for my company featuring the logo heavily. I require only 1 page which will feature the three logo’s which will fade in and out and change to each one, therefore I believe experience in flash is required. Also on the page I will need facebook, twitter and pinterest links, a sign up to Newsletter feature, which will take customer e-mail addresses and lastly contact information.
