Logo design for Social Media, Shopify, Web, Print & Merchandise

I need a logo which will be used on different platforms.
I am setting up a home decor & accessory online store. I have a Facebook & Instagram account, Shopify shop to be opened and will print business cards and flyers, plus a stamp.

I want the logo to be the company name, then a second exactly the same but with the website address below. This will be for print and the rubber stamp.

I have images of what I am looking for in style but need it tweaked.

However, I am not technical so want files I can just download for the different areas without having to do anything to them. I.e the Facebook file fits the icon etc.
I have no understanding of file names either or where certain files can be used, so the logo files need to be clearly marked with where they are for.
