Hi Jay,
Is your fixed price the total amount you are willing to pay for a logo/icon which reflects your high value service? As this would only cover one hour of my time and I myself need at least 3 to research and start a process of development to reach some conclusions which may or may not be what your looking for & then there are revisions to take into account this takes time, effort and thought to create a design that will service your business. Please let me know if you are open to negotiate timscales and cost.
