Logo design for my Fashion Business

I am looking for someone that can design me a logo for my business. This logo will go on the website, business cards, t-shirts etc..

I have an idea of how I want the logo to look like - an image and title under the image (I can provide my vision).

To be even clearer - the image needs to be a woman (almost looking like a sketch or drawing)I have a specific vision. I just need someone to create it for me :)
