Logo design for Cosmetology Company (unlimited concepts, revisions) and sourcefile

We need a logo design for a middle-sized company named as "MedEstetyka", which in general could be translated in English as shorted for ''Medical Aesthetics''.
Company operates in the area of Aesthetic Medicine Cosmetology. Basically we deal with selling cosmetic goods and representing the leading world manufacturers of professional cosmetics and medical products for beauticians, dermatologists and doctors. In addition we conduct trainings and advanced training for cosmetologists and doctor-dermatologists.
Our target audience is beauticians, cosmetologists and doctors-dermatologists.
The needed logo should cause the following emotions: reliability, safety, professionalism.
Also the logo should look harmoniously both in black and white, and in color variants for any size.
Other requirements:
- Desired logo should contain the full name of the company: "MedEstetyka". Words "Med'' and "Estetyka" could be written separately (as a option)
- Satisfied color gamma could be in lilac (but its rather optional, could be combination of colors, objects or something else)
-Most anticipated styles are : Destroyed letters and 3D-STYLE
It would be great to have unlimited concepts and revisions in order to let us choose the right style and concept in the future revisions.
