Logo design

I require a simple text based logo for a new property portal site. The logo must look clean & professional. Very keen to avoid stereotypical property related key, lock & roof symbols unless done in a very unique & creative way. The logo should convey meaning as the brandname is renti (the i should represent intelligence). Colours are grey, green & orange although this is very flexible as we have not yet started the site for this brand.
