Logo design

I need a design for a logo for my new venture. It's called Nu Start. It's working with vulnerable children and young people in the hope to give them a new start. As new, don't have much of a budget, but will need letterhead, publicity, website and business cards designing soon in the next 6/8 months. Hope to have someone I can develop a working relationship with to help expand this and the digital side of things...
